International students, who were high-school graduates or had the same Guarantee in Taiwan, can apply for Hsing Wu college. The entrance qualification of international students is the same as that of native students. The number of international students, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education should not exceed one-tenth the quota of the total enrollment of Hsing Wu College.
International students, who are eligible to apply for admission , should submit their application with the documents listed below to the Office of Academic Affairs between Feb 1 to June 30. 1.Application form attached a two- inch positive photo. 2.A copy of the highest diploma (with officially acknowledged Chinese or English transcript) and also two copies of English or Chinese transcript of academic record. 3.Two copies of recommendation letters from Chinese instructors. 4.A health certificate with reports on Human Immunodeficiency virus. 5.Two copies of study plan in Chinese. 6.Financial statement with documents from a bank in the country of origin to prove an ability to support the study. 7.Other documents required by the department or institute applied for. The overseas schools on Article 5-2 include “Overseas Taipei School” or “Overseas Chinese School”. In addition to the diplomas awarded by the Overseas Chinese School or Overseas Taipei School, all diplomas of the international students should be authenticated on the basic regulations of the Ministry of Education.
